Design Ownership: Designs created by the company will become the customer’s property upon full payment. However, the company reserves the right to use the designs for advertising its services unless the customer requests otherwise.

3. Delivery and Pickup Policy

Delivery Time: Delivery times will be estimated based on the type of service and order quantity. While the company strives to meet deadlines, it is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs will be added and disclosed to the customer in advance, based on the delivery location and order quantity.

Printing Errors: If the product has printing defects (e.g., cutting errors or poor print quality), the company will reprint the product free of charge until the customer is satisfied.

Complaint Timeframe: Customers must submit complaints within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for support.
